Hot/Cold Rice Packs
These Hot/Cold Rice Packs can be placed in the microwave oven, or the freezer to use for muscle pain, tenderness, or soreness. For Cold Pack: Place in freezer for 1-2 hours. take out and use immediately for best results. You may store your Rice Pack in freezer as well.
For Hot Pack: Heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes on high until hot. If it is not hot enough to your liking, you may proceed to heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature but do not exceed 3 minutes.
